sunflower house

Students hear the story Sunflower House by Eve Bunting, then plant a sunflower to take home. Eat sunflower seeds and make a “mammoth” sunflower. In the spring, students can also plant a “sunflower house” on school grounds if the ground is prepared in advance (if interested, please request directions for ground preparation when scheduling course).
