sunflower house
Students hear the story Sunflower House by Eve Bunting, then
plant a sunflower to take home. Eat sunflower seeds and make a
“mammoth” sunflower. In the spring, students can also plant a
“sunflower house” on school grounds if the ground is prepared in
advance (if interested, please request directions for ground
preparation when scheduling course).
Materials Fee: $1.25 per student. Grades PreK-1
